A simple mask can be made by using 2 tablespoons of organic chia seeds, ½ a cup or organic coconut oil, and a few drops fresh lemon juice. Simply combine these 3 ingredients in a bowl and then apply it to your face. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. The chia seeds will feel gel-like in consistency. Then, massage your face in circular motions using a warm washcloth. Rinse off and pat dry when you’re finished and enjoy the results!
