How to Use
HOW DO YOU APPLY THE FRESH FACE MASKS?
1) squeeze the pouch to redistribute the contents 2) unscrew the cap (discard top layer if there is discoloration) 3) dispense ⅓ (2 tsp) to ½ (1 tbs) of the fresh mask into a small bowl or the palm of your hand 4) with fingertips or mask/foundation brush, generously apply the fresh mask to your cleansed face, neck, and decollete, avoiding the eye area
HOW DO YOU USE THE SMOOTHER BOOSTERS?
1) shake the booster until the contents settle onto the bottom of the pouch 2) tear open the top of the pouch and pour the entire booster into one use of your fresh mask 3) mix the booster and mask together and leave on for the designated time on the fresh mask label
HOW MANY USES CAN I GET OUT OF A SMOOTHIE BEAUTY CLEANSE?
Each Smoothie Beauty Cleanse is meant to accommodate 6-9 uses without the seasonal bonus mask and 8-12 uses including the seasonal bonus mask depending upon areas applied. Some fresh face masks may yield more uses based upon how much you apply. It’s really up to you! Just make sure that you use the fresh face masks within 6 days after opening the cap.
IN WHAT ORDER SHOULD I USE MY BEAUTY CLEANSE?
On the cleanse card that you received in your beauty cleanse box, we have listed the order that we recommend that you use the cleanse. However, that is only our recommendation, so feel free to use the fresh face masks in whichever order you prefer. In fact, if you really want to get creative, try multi-masking by using two or more masks at once on different areas of your face!

Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. If you are a resident of NY, state taxes will apply.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SKIP OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You may pause, skip, or cancel your membership at anytime by logging into your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Although we are a skincare company, we treat our products like food. Therefore, we cannot accept returns. If there was anything wrong with your order and you are not happy with what you have received, please contact us at hello@smoothiebeauty within 30 days of your purchase, and we will address your concerns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

HOW DO THE PRODUCTS STAY COLD?
All of our packages are shipped with liners and ice packs /dry ice that retain the cold and keep our products chilled and ready to use.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME?
Don’t worry. Your delivery provider will generally leave the package at your door. Our products are sent with ice packs or dry ice, but try to put them in your refrigerator as soon as possible after receiving them to maintain freshness.
IS IT SAFE TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS WHILE I'M PREGNANT OR NURSING?
Our entire product line is safe for pregnant or nursing women to use. Please be assured that our formulations are very mild and safe for all skin types. However, you should always confirm with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.
IS IT NORMAL TO FEEL TINGLING WHEN USING YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes, it is normal. You may feel an itching or tingling sensation almost immediately as natural enzymes work to exfoliate your skin. If the itching or tingling is too intense remove before the recommended time. We recommend starting slowly in order to let your skin adjust. Our ingredients are potent to ensure effectiveness, so a little tingling is not a bad thing!
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE?
Some of our products are vegan and/or gluten-free, but not all of them. If you have a gluten allergy or intolerance, please refer to the ingredient lists and your doctor before using any of our products. If you are vegan, please refer to the ingredient lists for animal-derived ingredients.
DOES SMOOTHIE BEAUTY USE PARABENS?
No. We do not use parabens, synthetic or natural fragrances, preservatives, additives, phthalates, dyes, food coloring, sulfates, or essential oils in any of our products.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Each label has a best by date, so please use the products by that date. Also, after opening the cap of our fresh face masks, please use the contents within 6 days.

So sorry, but we are not able to make alterations to our formulations at this time.
